Pixmely respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe an image on this site infringes your copyright, you can request its removal and we will act promptly.
How to request a takedown
The fastest way is to use the “Report” link shown on the image’s page and choose “Copyright”. You can also email us with the details below.
What to include
To help us act quickly, please include:
- A link (URL) to the exact image on Pixmely.
- A description of the original work and proof you own or represent it.
- Your contact details (name and email).
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
What happens next
When we receive a valid report, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or unpublish the image while we investigate. We may also notify the contributor who uploaded it. Repeat infringers have their contributor accounts suspended.
Counter-notice
If your image was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may contact us to explain why you have the right to share it. We will review the matter and restore the image if appropriate.
